Our Policies (PLEASE READ, especially CANADIAN buyers!)

Payment

1. We accept PayPal payment ONLY,

2. No combine item shipment discount, please pay your multiple items in full,

3. Insurance is required (if provided),

4. You will receive a payment notification email directly from us, please contact us if you don't hear from us 24 hours after you submitted payment via PayPal,

5. Winning bidders please complete the transaction within 2 weeks, non-pay bidder WILL be filed with eBay if payment not received after 2 weeks.

Shipping and Handling

1. We ship worldwide with some limitations to certain countries, please ask if you are not located in UK or US,

2. We ship via Hong Kong Post service, as with all postal service, please expect delay during long holiday seasons,

3. Please expect 2-3 days for order process plus 10-14 days for delivery to the UK and US,

4. Please allow extra week for delivery to countries other than UK and US, addition delivery time should be expected for remote locations,

5. Items are shipped with GIFT marked and WITHOUT dollar value stated on the CN22 customs form, with the exception of Canadian shipment,

6. Buyers are responsible for any tax and duties imposed by their local customs office, if any,

7. We ship to the address buyer provided via PayPal, buyer is responsible for retrieving the item if held up by local authorities,

8. We impose a one week payment clearing period for shipment to the Mid-East, South-East Asia, and South America countries,

9. CANADIAN BUYERS, please note the following VERY IMPORTANT points,

9a. We are required to fill in all details of the CN22 customs form in order to pass the Canadian Customs check, including the actual bided value of your item,

9b. You are VERY likely to be taxed by the Canadian Customs office for your bided item, which means you will need to go to your local Customs office to retrieve the item at your own cost,

9c. Due to EXTREMELY strict customs regulations, your item (if successfully passed the Canadian Customs check without taxing you) will experience held-up and delay for at least a week or two,

9d. If you refuse to accept the parcel due to taxing and/or transportation issues, you must instruct your local authorities to return the parcel back to us and we will refund to you the bided value of the item but NOT the shipping charge or insurance,

10. If the content of the parcel is missing when you receive it, please REPORT to your local authorities (Postal service, Police, etc) and get a written confirmation of the item being stolen or mishandled.  We need written proof of the item being missing in order to start the insurance claim process.  Please do keep all packing for further investigation just in case.

Warranty

1. This item carries a one month limited warranty against manufacture defect,

2. Misuse or mishandle by user is not covered,

3. Buyer is responsible for postage fee sending and returning the item for repair,

4. Item exchange offered to manufacture defect items within the first month and a half counting from the date we receive your payment,

5. We offer first month one-time only one-way postage guarantee service, if your item experience a manufacture defect within one and a half month counting from the date we received your payment, you pay the way sending the item to us and we will cover the return postage for the replacement unit back to you.
