THERE IS CHIPPING ON THE PART THAT SITS UNDER THE ATTACHMENT ON THE CEILING WHICH CANNOT BE SEEN WHEN PUT UP. BASICALLY ON THE LIP OF THE PART WHICH MEETS THE METAL CAP THAT FITS THE CEILING.
