Austechnics do not sell untested or partially functional harware. No exceptions.

All memory is thouroughly tested. All Hard Drives are tested with manufacturer software. Video cards tested with latest WHQL manufacturer drivers in 3dMark06 overnight.

All other items are thouroughly tested as appropriate. No exceptions.

All items are securely packed to ensure safe transit.

All bids are final, any questions are to be asked before bidding and auction end, BID TO BUY.

Please note that postage charges include packaging. All items sent in Australia Post approved packaging and anti-static warp where appropriate.

Combined postage is OK when size/weight of combined items does not exceed cost of (highest) single item quoted postage (including packaging).
If combined postage exceeds (highest) quoted single item postage, postage will be requoted and must be recieved before items will be shipped.

Pickup is OK if collected within 3 days of reciept of payment. Payment must be recieved via Paypal or Direct Deposit BEFORE pickup. No exceptions.

Contact and Payment is to be made within 3 days of auction end via Paypal or Direct Deposit/internet transfer. No exceptions.

Please check hardware compatibility BEFORE bidding (google it!).

Where possible, faulty returns will be replaced with identical item. No exceptions.

Where this is not possible, a full refund (on purchase price only) will be made within 7 days.

Returns accepted on faulty items only, notification of fault must be made within 7 days of auction close. No exceptions.

Hardware is to be returned to Austechnics for testing before refund will be issued. Refund on item price only.

Please ensure you have a stable hardware, software and driver environment before claiming faulty goods.

A testing fee of $25 applies to any hardware returned and found to be not faulty.

Non-faulty return (to buyer) postage is buyers resonsibility.

Return (to Austechnics) postage is buyers responsibilty.

Faulty replacement (to buyer) postage is Austechnics responsibility.
