Items will be sent within 1-2 working days of receiving payment. For items paid via eCheque, this means items will not be mailed until payment has cleared.
Paying by Bank Deposit: Please send us a message via My Messages when you have made your deposit, so that we can check our account and verify that payment has been made. Please use your eBay username as a reference on the transaction. If you do not let us know you have paid, your item will not be sent.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
- Please contact me in the first instance if there is any problem with your order. We are very willing to sort out any concerns as fast as possible.
- Please use eBay's MyMessages service (not email) to guarantee that your message reaches us and that you have a record of our correspondence.
- We endeavour to respond to all questions as soon as possible, but please allow 24-48 hours for a response (excluding weekends).
- All DVDs are new, original licensed products. The supplier who produces these DVDs DOES NOT use shrinkwrapping for environmental reasons. We guarantee these items are new, but if you only wish to be shrinkwrapped DVDs then please look elsewhere (you will not find these titles sealed in shrinkwrap anywhere, though).
-As stated above, all items are sent promptly within 1-2 working days of payment clearing (by Airmail if international). We are not responsible for the speed of Australia Post or international mail services. If you live in North America or Europe, it normally takes between 10-14 days for mail from Australia to arrive.
