                                                      This is a brand new parcel of clams that I have just been able to obtain from Australia, it is 100% natural in color and shape. This is a high grade Solid Opal Fossilized clam that is millions of years old. It has a solid crystal base with bright orange broadflash colors and a few other shades mixed in on both sides of the clam. It weighs 7.65carats and measures 14x16mm. natural shape, you can see the mouth of the shell and the hinge to.It is completely solid. If you collect Opal you definately need one of these in your collection, it is even more rare than the Opals themselves. Production of all Opals especially ones like this is growing in price every day due to the production stopping almost everywhere in Australia, there are hundreds of mines closing down due to the cost of mining being done and the opal drying up.
