POSTAGE - Free postage is offered on my linen items up to 500 grams in Australia only and are sent as large letters.  Overseas buyers for linen items please check with me for postage - for all other items (glass, pottery etc) - postage has been calculated according to Australian postcode or overseas countries.

Whilst every care is given to my packaging of goods, accidents can happen during transit and sometimes packages can go missing, buyers are therefore encouraged, especially for my pottery and glass items, to pay an extra $2.80 (in Australia) for Registered Post as an insurance against breakage and parcels missing in transit.  I advise buyers once their parcels have been sent and will not be responsible for parcels missing during transit.  Registered post offers the buyer an insurance against loss or breakage.

FEEDBACK is important for both the seller's and the buyer's credibility. Sellers cannot  leave negative or neutral feedbacks, only positive, however, buyers are able to leave negative or neutral feedbacks. I will leave my positive feedbacks for buyers once buyers have left their positive feedbacks. If anyone believes their item is not as described in the listing PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, contact me, I am more than happy to refund cost of the item if it is not as described. Return postage will be at the buyer's cost.
