LISTINGS: These generally follow a chronological order according to dates of issue, but this has been varied somewhat in the case of some definitive and special issues to provide more logical groupings.

ILLUSTRATIONS: Each distinct design is illustrated. Where no illustration appears in a space provided for an issue, the basic design is the same as the preceding illustration.

VARIETIES: Errors, varieties, Specimens, Perforated OS and semi-official issues have not been included in this album.
