Shipping and Insurance
My goal is to do my very best to ship all items in the very next available postal run immediately after payment is received and cleared.
Postal runs are daily, Monday-Friday.
The majority of my goods are shipped with Australia Posts Registered Service.
All items sent with Registered Post will require a signature upon delivery. If no one can sign, then items are returned to the purchasers local Post Office and will await collection.

All items are shipped with Australia Posts Registered Service are shipped EXCLUSIVE of loss and damage insurance whilst in transit.
The time frame for international parcel delivery varies depending on the destination and the type of postal delivery required.

-Combining Shipping
We charge FLAT Shipping RATE, 18.75 AUD to all across Australia.
For the second item, we add 10 AUD surcharge on top of the total amount.

Replacement and Exchange
-Damaged during delivery
Please inspect your purchase immediately it is received and contact us on sales@turkmarket.com.au if there are any problems. If you have received a damaged product, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
-Incorrect Items:
If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours. If we have packed and sent the wrong item, meaning that it was our error, please contact us on
sales@turkmarket.com.au to organize the return of the incorrect item and the correct replacement at no cost to the purchaser. If the wrong item is due to incorrect selection when making the purchase, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the item for an exchange.
I do not send out replacement items for incorrect selection without first receiving the original item back into stock, or receipt of payment for the replacement item. If you can not wait for the return and replacement, you will need to purchase the replacement item and we will refund the purchase cost back to you on receipt and inspection of the returned item.

I can help with product exchanges. For full refunds, a 15% restocking fee will apply and the purchaser will be responsible for returning the item/s and packaging to us in original as new condition. All items shipped have been inspected for quality and correctness to the best of the picker and packers ability. However, things can still be missed and mistakes can still happen and in such cases I will replace any wrongly delivered item at totally no extra cost to the buyer.

Warranties
Your satisfaction is our absolute goal and we stand behind all the products that we sell.
A 90 day limited warranty provided by the manufacturer applies to all items sold, unless otherwise stated. The manufacturer warrants all parts to be free from factory defects in workmanship and materials. It covers the replacement of a defective part within the original warranty period. If a replacement is not available, a full refund for the cost of the part will be issued.
We will issue a replacement for the defective part at no extra cost to the customer.
Warranty will be void due to improper installation.
Our liability at all times and under any and all circumstances will never exceed the amount of the original sale.
The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration or modifications.
The warranty does not cover cost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages.

Return Policy
For up to 28 days, an item supplied with a manufacturing defect can of course be returned to us for replacement or for a full refund of its value. There is a 15% restocking fee if the item is being returned due to incorrect selection by the purchaser, unless a replacement item is being resent. In order to issue a refund or store credit the item must be returned in perfect condition.
If the item is damaged in transit and requires replacement, we must be notified within 48 hours of you receiving the delivery.
