Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including any upgrades requested by buyer.
AUStrings highly RECOMMENDS REGISTERED POSTAGE  throughout Australia. (Optional)
Austrings offers a Postage Discount on multiple purchases.   Save up to 50% on multiple purchases.  Full price postage will be charged for the item with the highest postage charge, and for every other item purchased a 50% postage discount on that item will apply.
AUStrings WILL NOT be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit. Insurance claims will be passed on to carrier.
All items are sent via  Australia Post   for your peace of mind.

Return Policy

Item MUST be returned within 14 days:    Refunds will be given as Exchange/Refund

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 Days at: austrings5@exemail.com.au and we'll issue a return authorization for exchange or refund. AUStrings will NOT be responsible for postage charges on returned strings. AUStrings will only refund the un-used portion of the order. Items MUST be in original packaging and un-opened.

Most of today's string labels have one of these string factories manufacture strings for them and they simply put their label on them. AUStrings uses the same manufacturer that the most popular labels use for their strings. So there's a good chance that the strings you are already playing, are exactly what we're selling! Only difference is, AUStrings allows you to play, without having to pay. 

Endorsements.

AUStrings does not, and will not give strings away free of charge nor endorse a player to advertise our products. We believe by doing this, other string companies have to increase their general prices to cover all those extra costs. So when you hear people talking about AUStrings it is because they believe in our product and don’t need to be paid or endorsed to say so. This is just another way to make sure that everyone gets the same great deals at AUStrings.

By keeping our printing costs down we can keep bringing the savings directly to the customer. Our strings are packaged in heat sealed, 100% airtight bags for the best possible freshness, and then packaged for extra safety and durability. AUStrings does not advertise the same way some other companies do by spending thousands of dollars in magazines, papers etc. You’ve all seen the ads, right!!?
