Payment
- PayPal
preferred. For European customers there is the possibility
of paying in EURO by bank transfer into a European (German)
bank account - contact me after the you receive your final
invoice for bank transfer details.
For buyers of multiple items please email me when done
shopping for your custom made invoice with combined shipping
fees. Feel free to combine purchases for up to a week
or so but email me to let me know your intentions.
Shipping

I ship worldwide. All items, unless
otherwise noted, are sent by registered airmail using the
Ethiopian Postal Service from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and
include insurance coverage.
For urgent deliveries I can arrange to ship via a courier
such as DHL or TNT (additional charges incurred to be
covered by the buyer).
Delivery

I ship items twice weekly (usually Monday and
Friday). Delivery is usually 7 to 10 business days after
receiving my shipment confirmation email to most
destinations.
If after 21 days of receiving my shipment email you have not
received your package contact me to initiate a trace and so
that I may start the insurance claims process with the
Postal service.
Refunds &
Returns

I am aiming for your complete satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your
purchase please return the item to me for a complete refund
or exchange.
All refunds will be issued via paypal only.
Please Contact Me – for any questions,
concerns, or clarifications before bidding or purchasing on
an item. I am usually able to respond within 24 hours.
