In order to satisfy our every single customer, we would like to give you a 100% full refund if the following situations happen

1.   If the items are fail to deliver to you within 12 working (Business) days.

Postage & Handling

We charge $3 as postage & handling fee for the 1^st item,

50% off (which is only $1.5) for every additional item.

In order to make you clear that what you are paying for, the postage & handling fee includes: 1, Postage cost;  2, Material cost;  3, Work for wrapping items for protection;  4, Work for immediately packing at the same day item is paid;  5, Work for immediate items delivery to local post office, so that item will arrive in 3-4 days;

Every charm/bead is warped with bubble plastic and put into a seal plastic bag for protection,

Items will be posted within normal letter envelop, in order to speed up the delivery process, and we promise it is same!
