Check out and payment policies
1. Winning bidder is required to check out and make payment within 7 days unless prior
arrangement has been made. We will report to eBay's None Paying Bidder Program after 7 days, item will be re-listed.
2. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address when you check out. If no delivery
address is entered, then item will be shipped to buyer's registered address on eBay. yes-ab is not liable if the delivery
address is incorrect or incomplete.
3. We accept Internet Transfer, Bank Deposit and all major Credit Cards through Paypal.
4. If you pay through Paypal, please pay to account: yesab.com.au@gmail.com via Paypal
website.
5. If you pay through internet transfer or bank deposit, please pay to our bank account.
6. Please Use your ebay user id and the item No as Payment Reference when you transfer or
deposit money into our bank account, so your payment can be identified easily. If no reference left, please email us here the
following payment information:
- Your ebay user ID
- The item no
- Bank Location Suburb where deposit made.
- BSB Number (xxx-xxx) of Bank Location.
- Date of deposit (dd/mm/yyyy).
- Exact amount of deposit.
Shipping and handling policies
1. The Shipping and Handling fee includes postage, packing and handling. Please do not bid if you disagree with it. Item
will not ship until payment has been received in full. In most cases, orders are shipped within two (2) business days of
receiving cleared payment.
2. Buyer will receive postage notification email when item is dispatched. Contact us ASAP if item does not arrive in 7
business days after receiving our notification. If item is bounced back as unclaimed, buyer is required to pay for round trip
postage in order to retrieve the item.
3. All items sent via Aus Post or other freight company are always carefully addressed and packed. However, we assume no
liability for the late delivery or goods being missing or damaged while in transit.
Warranty policies
Ensure that you contact us first before you return products.
We reserve the right to refuse return, refund, or exchange of any items.
All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty, e.g Battery, earphone,cable,carry bag
etc.
1. DOA warranty if the item is insured:
We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) when
the item is insured.
Note: If sight damage is found when receiving the item, make sure that the damage is written on the consignment note
(carrier's copy) before signing it.
Any DOA's must be reported to us within 24 hours and returned within 3 days after you receive the item.
2. 14 days refund and exchange warranty:
A full refund or free exchange will be arranged if an item is defective
within 14 days from the date of dispatch except in the case that the returned item is tested not faulty. Defective items must
be returned within 3 days from the day you report the problem.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned.
The postage of returning products is at the buyer's expense. Products must be returned with all accessories included in their
original packing materials, including cartons and boxes.
Postage, handling and insurance fee is non-refundable.
3. Manufactures warranty:
The supplier will replace or repair the item which is defective within a certain term. It does not cover natural disasters,
accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, modifications, improper operations or connection to improper voltage supply. It is
buyer’s liability to pay for the postage cost to send the item back to buyer.
Feedback policies
Appropriate feedback will be given after transaction is completed and buyer has left feedback for us.
If problems do arise, please contact us prior leaving feedback, we will try our best to resolve any issues in accordance
with our policies.
