Black dress with white sleeves and collar.

Black part of the dress is cotton/spandex

Shoulder pads to add that extra something - shoulders are coming back!

Straight from the 80's

Vintage condition - no flaws at all.

Ruffled sleeves and collar look super cute!

Would look great with tights, or bare legs for summer!
