Baby's Skin

To achieve baby skin tone, I used Genesis heat set paints in many layers.

All of baby's creases were blushed and Shaded for depth, no detail was left undone.

'Vaile' has been finished off with heat set Matte Varnish

to help prevent shine to exposed areas through handling.

Baby's Body

'Vaile' has a jointed Cloth body which makes her Very Poseable.

Vaile's body and Head have been weighted with contained glass beads and Soft polyfill for Cuddliness.

3/4 arms and 3/4 legs weighted with a mixture of glass beads and polyfill.

Each limb is individually sealed.

Vaile's nose has been gently opened and backed with dark felt for added realism

Vaile's Head will need to be supported when lifted just like a real Infant

Baby's Lips, Nails & Eyebrows

Vaile's Lips and Nails have been sealed with a Satin Gloss

Finger and toenails were shaded and tipped with off white

Vaile has Hand Painted Brown Eyebrows

Baby's Hair

Vaile's Soft Dark Brown Hair has been Handrooted with Australian Mohair

Her head has been sealed on the inside with waterproof sealer so you can slightly dampen her hair and gently style it

Vaile's Eyelashes have been microrooted using the same Dark Brown Mohair as Her hair

Baby's Homecoming

'Vaile' will come home to her new family with;
