This is a very rare and hard to find book

The only major fault with the book is that half the spine is missing.

The binding is still good but the two boards are beginning to come loose. A bookbinder could bring this back to its former glory

This book was written when the government was beginning to take a real interest in the regulation of this industry as at this time it was a charletans field day!
