The Space Saver 2 Advanced Physique Training Package Deal is not only a compact home gym, it is also great value. You don’t need to purchase a separate bench for free weight training – just drop the bench press arm on the Powertec  Leverage Gym and you use the bench section to do flat, incline and upright dumbbell presses.

The combination of the Powertec Leverage Gym and Ironmaster Quick Lock Dumbbells also offers a great mix of machine and free weight training. There is 150kg of Olympic plates and the Quick Lock Dumbbells go up to 34kg per dumbbell – this will allow you to really build your strength and size.
