Very Interesting Agate Specimen with Clam Shell Fossils in a web matrix

Found on my journeys in Sierra Co. NM.

 

I'm not sure what the matrix around the clam shells is called.
Rockhounders help??

But the clam shells sit in a webby matrix embedded in agate.

Very neat for a mile high in the middle of the desert!

 

Nice for any rock lover or rounders collection!
