This kit suits your 4wd Nissan Navara D40.  

There are two air bags with brackets and air fittings to cater for the 2 rear springs.

We have answered the call. So many people have utes with heavy loads and their suspension in the rear sags right down. If they get springs that can carry such weight they are rock hard when there is no load. This is the only real solution.

The 4H Air bag load assist kit suits the following people...

They are heavy duty twin rubber bellows style air bags that sit between the chassis and axle. When you have no load you don't have air in them and your suspension stays soft. When you load right up apply the required air pressure to carry the load at your normal ride height and away you go. This means you do not kill your leaf springs and maintain proper ride height and handling under load.

This kit suits standard height up to 2" of suspension lift. If you have a taller lift we have a taller bag option - enquire on 03 5975 5533 b/h.

These kits are pre-assembled so that all you have to do is fit them to the car. Here's how simple they are to fit (they come with very clear instructions). Loosen the U bolts and slip the bracket under the U bolts and re-tighten them OK that's the bottom done already. Remove the top bump stop and bolt up the top brackets to the bump stop mounts. Then run the air line to somewhere where you can reach for pumping them up. And that's all there is to it. There is no drilling, no welding, no special tools and no special skills required.

If you change rigs or manage to damage a bag in an accident or after the warranty period, we can supply you with individual parts at low cost to get you back on the road or get these bags onto another vehicle if you are down grading to a Nissan for example.

You do not need to have these engineered unless you want your GVM upgraded and they should not affect your insurance.

The fitting kit included in this kit provides for an external air supply (cig lighter compressor, tyre inflation kit, workshop compressor or service station air) to pump up the air bags individually. They are not linked together (left to right) but can be linked for off road articulation. You may have an air tank on board and control the pressures from inside the cab and we can assist with a complete kit to facilitate this. Typically on board air with tank costs $300 - $500 and in cab controls using electric valves costs $300 - $400.

Both kits come with the air lines and valves for manual operation.

We use Australia Post's eParcel service. This is a registered mail service that requires you to sign for your goods and has an online tracking system so you can see if your items are close to being delivered or even waiting for you at the post office. The Auspost tracking website is : www.ausposttracking.com.au. You may ask us for your consignment number if you would like to track the progress of your goods.

If your items are too big for Aussie Post we will use a courier suited to your area. When suppliers send goods to you they all use couriers as well. A courier will need a street address (not a PO Box) and you will need to sign for the goods. We can't accept responsibility for goods stolen from your front door step and so they are instructed not to leave items unattended. On rare occasions you might incur a redelivery fee if the courier has to make repeated attempts to deliver your items or onsend to an alternate address. We too will send by courier if your goods can not be delivered by Australia Post.  In every case, you can track the progress of your goods whether they be with couriers or in the eParcel system.

The items we sell come not only come with a 12 month warranty but also a 7 day satisfaction guarantee that what you purchased is what you wanted. Some items we sell are discontinued clearance or liquidation stock from suppliers shutting shop. Understandably these cant be replaced once sold out but this will be made apparent in the item description if this applies.

A lot of people like to call us and make arrangements verbally over the phone and we can also take credit card details over the phone too. In fact that works for most people.
