• Contact has to be made within 3 days of sale. 
• The entire transaction has to be completed within 7 days of sale.
• ALL NON-PAYERS will be awarded a strike, and will be blocked from bidding on our items and our associated sites for any future auctions.
• If pick-ups has been arranged this is to be completed within 7 days of sale.
• DO NOT BID unless you are going to go through with the sale.

·    We do prefer EFT (electronic Funds Transfer) NOT direct deposits over the counter at a bank

·    PAYPAL is available:

·    Pick-up: Can be arranged under certain condition, however payment is required at the time of collection via cash or postal/money order only.

                WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

• All Items (Except for over or undersize items) are sent by Australia Post eParcel. Each item has a tracking number and has to be signed for when delivery is made. We are able to track any parcel to avoid parcels going missing or fraudulent claims.
• We will only track items 14 days after dispatch.
• Postage costs are a flat rate through out Australia in most cases
• Costs include: Postage costs, packing material and handling. If you do not agree with these costs PLEASE do not bid.
• ## NOTE:- eParcel is a premium service is a little more expensive please allow for this when assessing the postage and handling fee charged.
• We can only send items to your registered ebay address, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you like the item sent to anther address from the one in your account. Go into your ebay account and change your delivery address. This is a simple procedure for you to do.

• All warrantee terms and conditions are to be followed in conjunction with the full Terms & Conditions and in addition to the assembly and maintenance conditions. No exceptions. Warranty claims may be rejected if the cause of the failure was incorrect assembly and/or improper maintenance and/or improper use.
• The Customers must notify us within 2 days of receipt of goods at service@hobbyserv.com.au if product/s are faulty and we may desire to evaluate any situation and we reserves the right to Replace, Repair or Refund a product at our discretion
• On replacement or refund situations, the decision may not be taken immediately, and the product may need to be sent to certain relevant authorised service centers or warranty departments for evaluation. In the Instance of a faulty product and replacement or repair is not readily available we will endeavor to expedite this repair/replacement after the product has been evaluated.
• Customers are responsible for all freight costs in returning products to us or our nominated repairer
• We are not liable for the misuse or damage to any material or property related to the use of the of the item or goods purchased at this auction
• Postage & Handling fee are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS
