Alaia Wooden Surfboard Parabolic Fish 6'9"x16.75x3/4"

This 6'9" model is a variation of the parabolic/fish models that you can see on the Surfing Green Website. It has a slightly parabolic tail which makes the board a lot easier to control in hollow waves. Its ideal for small to medium waves and works well in beach breaks and point breaks. Would suit a intermediate to advanced surfer from 70-95kg's.

Alaias are traditional hawaiian surfboards with no fin, little rocker and made from solid wood.

This board is made with Paulownia and coated with linseed oil. It will protect the board from soaking up water. No toxic chemicals - good for your skin and good for the environment.

Surfing without fins is so much fun but alaias don't slide out like you would expect. The thin rails of the board create hold and give you control.

This board is designed to be ridden standing up. It takes a little practice but its a real blast when you get a good wave. You can ride it lying down until you get the hang of it though.

This board is new with no damage, hasn't been surfed yet.

Pick up is from sunshine beach, QLD, otherwise I can send it anywhere in Australia.
