Shipping to ALL WORLDWIDE LOCATIONS is $1.50 for the first item. Within 14 days time each additional item won will mean $0.25 per item additional shipping and handling if paid together in one payment (wait for invoice). Shipping and Handling will be capped at $4.00 (unless registered or insurance requested) for 20 items to 40 items combined in one payment within 14 days. Payment is expected within 15 days of the first auction or sale closing date or the item may be relisted and a non-payment report made. Registered airmail and domestic insurance is OPTIONAL (usually $11.50 or $5.00 respectively) - please see your invoice if you wish to add this. FOR ALL NON-INSURED or NON-REGISTERED SHIPMENT the buyers are responsible in the event of non-receipt or postal loss. This has rarely happened even to difficult locations but I cannot refund claims of non-receipt unless you pay for registered airmail(with insurance) or domestic insurance. Some questions and answers:

1.  Do you combine items for payment and shipment?   Yes I combine items from BOTH auctions AND MY SHOP and ship together WITHIN A TWO WEEK PERIOD ONLY up to 40 items total if paid all together in one paypal payment.  You may enjoy the shipping discount in this manner.

2.  When is the due date for the payment?   Payment is due no later than 15 days following the OLDEST closing/purchase date.  

3.  Do you use stamps on the shipping envelopes?   No - I use a postage meter so kindly do not ask otherwise.   I find postal loss or theft is much less using a postal meter especially to difficult destination countries.

4.  Do you protect shipment with plastic and cardboard?  YES - I always ship in this manner and to date have had no losses due to damaged items in shipment.   As I long time buyer of stamps on eBay myself I learned the best method for protecting stamps in shipment.

5.  Do you ship to China, Russia, India, Malaysia -- YES - I ship worldwide but ask Chinese customers to send shipping address to me also in Chinese if possible.   Please note that unless registered airmail is purchased all shipments are UNINSURED and possible loss or theft cannot be reimbursed.

6.  Do you leave feedback?   My policy is to reciprocate immediately all feedback received.

7.  Do you block unwanted bidders or buyers?  YES - I proactively block potential buyers or bidders who I have had difficulties with or who leave unwarranted negative feedback to other sellers.  I keep in touch with other sellers in this regard.

8.  Do you sell outside of eBay or entertain "want lists" -  No - I only sell via eBay but do try and list items that I feel are in demand.

9.  Do you discount your items? - NO
