I am listing this mantle clock for my elderly neighbour.

It is in perfect working condition - keeps excellent time and has a beautiful chime.  I think it may also have an alarm - there is a second mechanism that is wound by a small included key and an alarm ring in the centre of the face.

The movement is original.

The pendulum is perfect.

The glass door is etched and has no chips or cracks.

There is a very small nick in the dial on the left hand side as shown in the photo.

However it breaks my heart to see the condition of the walnut cabinet  - it is not scratched or dented but needs restoration - it is at best shabby. There are very small speckles of white paint on the plinth , the lion head carvings on the columns need cleaning and the original stain has faded. It looks tired and needs loving care to bring it back to its former glory.

Measurements are: 

Weight 4.5 kg and whilst postage is quoted at $30.00 it may be more or maybe less dependant on the buyer's location.
