You are viewing a reproduction framed print of Richard Ansdell's "In the Pasture" steel engraving by C.Cousen, Sculpture. Ansdell is well regarded as an artist in being able to capture the life like nature of farm animals and people. This picture shows a little boy and his mother viewing the calves.

The printers are Graffiche Tassotti of Basano, Italy. Established in 1957 they are very highly regarded and Award winning printers. The frame is dark wood with a rounded band of a gold finish that beautifully frames this print.

As you can see from the photos I have removed the print from the frame. I then cleaned the glass, dusted the print, and reframed in the original frame with new tacks and used Museum Archive tape to seal the back. I placed Acid free paper between the print and the backing board.I have left the original rings and wire for hanging.

Condition- The print and glass are in Very good condition. The frame has some wear to the gold paint.
