Excellent Condition-Quality that is hard to come by.

·        Reluctant sale but running out of room -wife says must go

·        A good quality ,very neat and trim unit

·        Maker unknown approx 1910

·        Roll top shutter refurnished and runs perfectly

·        Some chair marks in foot well and on the front of the large pull out draw under the desk but condition consistent with age with no major marks or blemishes

·        Draws lock when the Roll top shutter is down

·        No lock to roll top shutter

·        Desk top timber reglued and wood butterfly ties inserted in underside of desk top to strengthen joints from any future splitting

·        Apart from Roll Top and fixing desk top items is in original condition and finish

·        Modesty panel /all draws/slide out panels intact and present

·        9 Cuddy holes plus two pull out draws in top section

·        Draws are full depth of desk but no dividers

·        Large pull out draw under the front of the desk

·        Hidden draw in the base of each pedestal

·        Overall dimensions  1.350 Long -1.200 High- 0.80 deep

-Has a better shape and proportions that other roll top desk I have seen and indeed one I own

-Pick up from Pagewood Eastern suburbs Sydney or email if wanting to inspect.

-Desk and roll top /both pedestals /middle draw and modesty panel all separate for easy transportation but would need large station wagon or bigger vehicle.
