Art Deco Brass Lamp  
For Wall or Table

Welcome to Darque Antiques & Collectables.

 

Presenting a really well aged example of a brass art deco lamp. This still has the original wiring and works perfectly. Not sure of it's age, anywhere from 40's to 50's I'd guess. It does have something stamped on it but I can not read it.

 

Has the old bakelite fitting at the end of the cord.

 

Has a bracket underneath so it can be fixed to a hook on a wall or a bedhead, can also be used on a table as shown.

 

Has a wing nut swivel to change and lock in angle of the lamp.

Faults and Damage
No damage or repairs required. It has one light crack in the outer plastic casing that surrounds where the globe fits in, does not affect the lamp at all and could survive forever just as it is. Works perfectly.

Obviously signs of wear and tear due to it's age, great patina on this piece.
