This desk comes from The Australian Museum, Sydney.
Impressive is this Australian Maple office desk. There are 9 deep drawers giving you an enormous amount of room for your paperwork. The middle drawer has a divided front section for storing pens, paperclips and other stationery needs. Just above that drawer there is a small sliding handle that you simply slide to the right and it locks all of the 8 outer drawers and unlocking them is as easy by sliding it to the left.

* Our furniture is always pre-loved, mostly antiques, some in original condition, some restored. Over lifetimes of use each piece has developed its own character and patina which antique lovers expect as an integral aspect of age. Our photos and description are there to help you assess the item for sale but it is up to you to decide if the item is suitable for you. Our items are sold AS IS, and we therefore welcome inspection at our Smeaton Grange showrooms. We are 2 minutes from the Narellan Road exit from the M5, and 5 minutes from the centre of historic Camden. If you cannot inspect in person, please ask any questions before you bid, and if you are not satisfied of the suitability of the item for your purposes DO NOT BID as returns are not accepted on these items.
* *Because* storage space is limited, items must be collected within 14 days of the auction ending or storage charges may apply. It is the buyer's responsibility to have suitable transport and assistance to load items. Items held for more than 6 months will be donated to charity.
