Antique Dainty Sterling Silver & MOP Letter Opener / M

This auction is for an antique (c. 1890's) and extremely fine and rare, deinty Sterling silver and mother of pearl letter opener found in a local Pasadena estate. Piece sports a beautiful and ornate scrolled embossed designed handle and a carved Mother of Pearl blade. Item measures 4 3/4" long and is in very good condition, sports no areas of unsightly damage or repairs. Just light surface scratches and tarnish commensurate with age and gentle use. Marked Sterling. Monogramed with the letter M in an old style scroll design. Offered for a low opening bid and no reserve. Thank you.
