This auction is for an Edwardian pine sideboard with very nice carvings to the three doors, it probably dates around 1900 – 1910.
Overall in good condition; the three drawers, with fine dovetails, work smoothly and the three doors align and close properly. There is no borer evidence.
It has brass escutcheons, and I believe that the handles and locks are all original, but there are no keys.
I purchased this piece in 1972 and it’s been used in our home ever since, kept clean and dry. It is both functional & attractive piece.
The sideboard has been around for about 100 years & has a few minor scuffs and a couple of hairline cracks to the top but this does not detract from the piece or the overall good condition.
Dimensions are 1510cm width, 895cm height and 45cm depth
Please look at the photos and ask any questions. If you are interested & would like to inspect the side board please contact to arrange a convenient time.
