Antique German? Carved Wooden Barometer

This is a lovely old German? wooden handcarved wall mounted Barometer, numbered on the back but no identifying makers marks. In vintage condition, bevelled glass face, damage to the brass rim and wear consistent with age. Very nice! Measures 28cm x 35cm x 6cm.
