Here is an antique Fr. Mauthe carriage clock

made in Germany.

 

The clock is 5 1/4" long, 3 7/8" wide and 6" tall, 7"

to the top of the handle.

 

The glass is clear and the dial has some discoloration

but is intact.

 

Both sides have glass that is intact.

 

The key hangs on the back door.

 

The clock does work and keeps good time but

does not play chimes.

 

The movement is stamped

 This pretty brass dinner bell depicts a victorian crinoline lady who is
holding a floral bouquet.
 
It has a nice chime that is pleasing to the ears.
