Handling time: We post items 1-7 working days after receiving payment. International buyers are responsible for any duties, tax, customs or broker’s fees. We are not responsible for lost or broken items. Delivery time depends on the courier, but usually takes 15 days. All sales are FINAL. Items are sold "AS IS".  

We post items using Argentinean Courier trying to keep fees at minimum, with a track & trace system (they don’t offer insurance, just T&T system). If you prefer some other service, we are willing to change it, but keep in mind they are much more expensive. We can also provide insurance, but keep in mind it’s also expensive (around 18% of value). We are willing to combine shipping for multiple auctions ending within a 7 day period, if requested.  

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We try to take the best pictures we can. We describe items doing our best. We are willing to answer any question before you place your bid. That’s why we think that returns are not possible.

However, if you consider that something is wrong with your purchase, please first contact us via email explaining why you are not satisfied before rushing into a wrong action towards us.  We are always open to conversation.
