Up for auction is this antique Lux slow combustion wood stove.

I removed this stove from a old inner Melbourne house in the late 1980's, I had intentions of using the stove in an entertaining area, but it has never happened, the stove has been stored in my shed ever since.

The stove is in good condition it is not rusted or burned out. The baked enamel on the front and flue have some chips out of them but the front can be removed by un screwing 4 bolts, so it can be re-enameled. The ash tray could do with some work. The oven has one tray in it.

The dimensions are 610mm wide, 635mm high, 430mm deep  or in the old scale 24" wide, 25" high, 17" deep.

It weighs approx 120 kilos, so it will not fit in a letter box!

Or you can organise a freight company to pick it up from Knoxfield, I will crate it and put it on a truck for an extra cost of $40.00.
