Antique milk can - no lid, needs some T L C

It has had holes drilled in the bottom also some rust holes.

Stamped into is E Frost Stoney Creek with numbers 311 BS on one side and a plaque on the other side that looks like the word JOYCE,

refer to the photo's it has some flowers painted on it but are badly faded.
