Here's an utterly exquisite vintage/antique baby or child's bonnet, hand sewn of the finest organdy fabric with lace and embroidered details. It would be a gorgeous Christening bonnet for a young lassie, or perfect for a period reenactment costume. By tightening or loosening the sashes, it can fit a variety of small children's sizes....I'm guessing it would fit from a baby size up to a 3, but please take the measurments below into consideration.   You will find this in good "as discovered" condition for a piece of this age ~ there are no stains, but some wear that I've photographed for your inspection. It's stunning even if not mint....truly a treasure! (top arch of face opening = 13 inches, sash length = 16 inches, depth of bonnet = 9 inches)
