We offer you  Australian Post as our main shipping method.  We also use all other major Freight companies such as FedEx UPS, Fastway couriers etc.

We typically ship all orders in 3 to 5 business days after you submit payment via Paypal. You should receive an automated email confirmation once your order has been packed and shipped.

Elwood Golf Sales is not responsible for brokerage fees, duties, customs, and/or taxes. You may be expected to pay additional fees, taxes, and duties upon delivery of your item. Check with a local customs official for complete details. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge, as needed, to cover our costs. 

We ship all international orders via FedEx Express International service.

The Elwood Golf Sales Condition Rating System

10 out of 10:   These clubs are brand new. Never used. Never hit. Perfect condition. The club may or may not still be in the original factory plastic. Regardless, we do guarantee that it is absolutely, positively brand new.

9.5 out of 10:   These clubs are in truly mint condition. Almost no signs of use. Could have very minor signs of "shop wear", but it's as close to new as you can get!  You will love it!

9 out of 10:   These clubs are in very good or excellent condition. Minor signs of use. These clubs may have been professionally refurbished or restored by our team of specialists. There may be very minor scratches to the soles or faces of the clubs.

8 out of 10:   These clubs are in good to very good condition. There may be minor to modest signs of wear to the club face, the sole of the club, the grooves, and/or the grip. These clubs will still be in good condition cosmetically and will perform as well as new clubs. You can also be sure that these clubs have no dents, large dings, or major blemishes unless they are otherwise noted in the description above.

7 out of 10:   These clubs are in fair condition. Perfectly playable.  They show modest to more significant signs of use, which may include scuffs and scratches to the face, slightly worn grooves, a worn grip, or other typical signs of use through the normal course of play.

6 out of 10 and below:  We pride ourselves on the quality of the items we sell, and very few fall into this category.  The few that do can be characterized as significantly worn, with clear and distinct signs of wear and tear, but still very much playable.

Returns

We stand behind everything that we sell and will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied.

When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please email us and we will do our best to make you happy. If you still want to return your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to us and we will refund your original purchase price less (a) the original shipping charge, and (b) a handling fee of $15 or 10% (which ever is greater). We must be notified of the intent to return your item within 5 days of receiving the item, and the original item must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt.

Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.

All returns require return authorization.
Email us for an RA Number before returning an item.

Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
