A few weeks ago I was consigned to sell a large collection of vintage, antique, and very antique items from all over the world. Items made of silver, gold, and wood  . . . cut glass, hand-blown glass, and pressed glass . . . porcelain, pottery and china . . . metals of all kinds . . . carved gem stones and cameos . . . and many collectible coins. If you haven't put me on your favorites list, this might be a good time to do so. I have my job cut out for me, but what fun I will have. Stay tuned! I really don't think that you will be disappointed.

This piece would be a wonderful gift to give to a fellow quilter, or simply keep it for oneself. It is a very nicely framed piece, consisting of five (5) representative pieces that never made it into a quilt made in 1875. On the back it reads, "portions of an incomplete quilt by Carol Lokermann - executed by Lucritia Hathaway Coffin about 1875." The frame measures 19" x 15" and is in excellent condition.
