*Although I would prefer pick-up (as this is obviously very heavy, and difficult to send by post), I can however send this table either by courier, or by post, in 2 packages. It will not be cheap to send this by post, especially internationally, (as both the stand & the top, will weigh around 15 kg each, when packaged (total unpacked weight is 25-26 kg), but I happy to provide shipping quotes, for anyone who is seriously interested.

This is an exquisite antique round table, made from solid alabaster, which has been decoratively carved & polished, giving it a gorgeous finish. This superbly designed, classical table stands 2 feet tall, and diameter of the round top is nearly 19" across. The table top can be removed from the stand, by simply lifting it. The decorative carvings on the stand, feature floral designs, which are raised in relief, above the contrasting white field (of chiselled or hewn, unpolished alabaster), which also serves to create border-like design-patterns for the relief carvings. There are also some lovely dark, and light, veins & fissures running through the alabaster, which make it all the more alluring.

 This gorgeous table is in excellent condition, and would make a magnificent addition to any stately home, gallery, private museum, or business establishment. It can be used to display important statues, art objects or decorative items; or can be displayed as a decorative object in its own right. It has a beautiful translucent quality, when exposed to certain light. It can also be set outdoors, in a garden, or glass house, etc.
