Antique TIFFANY & Co SS-Vermeil Sugar Sifter / FOLIATE

This auction is for an extremely fine and antique (ca. 1900), hefty and solid Sterling silver sugar sifter by Tiffany & Co in a fine and rare foliate design. Server measures 4 3/4" long and is finely crafted from heavy gauge Sterling silver (weight on my postal scales 1 1/2 ounces of the precious alloy). Back of handle is marked Tiffany & Co, Makers + Sterling. Found in very good antique condition. Sports no monograms or removals, areas of unsightly damage or repairs. Just very light surface scratches, tarnish and light / minor wear to gold finish. All wear is commensurate with age and gentle use. Please note similar items retail for $500.00+ when found in other venues. Offered for a low opening bid and no reserve. Thank you.
