This fine antique stand with the original cut crystal bottles date back to the Victorian era.

 The Markings under the stand   read as follows:    HP   S    EPNS     '    A1

The second row read S 5 4 2 with a X underneath.

The S in the first row is the year....1833/34

The quality of the sterling silver is EPNS

Cruet set or condiment set was use for the oils and vinegars in the hey day....

Used, but still in a good condition for the age.....considering.
