bright . 17 x 24cm outer frame. Picture is 8 x 14cm.  Slight visible brown mark in
centre of painting which can be seen in photo. Otherwise clean, clear and bright.
Painting located in Australia with markings " Painted on the battelfield of TEL EL KEBIR  EGYPT"
Has an artist name ? Blackwood on rear of painting.
