We have no control over what happens to the parcel during transport. If your item was damaged during shipping, contact the USPS. we will provide any necessary paperwork to help with your claim. However, if you did not opt to insure shipping we can NOT BE HOLD RESPONSIBLE for POSTAL DAMAGE or LOST ITEMS. 
Free layaway for items over $100.00 Up to 60 days with 25% deposit. Large or/and heavy items can be shipped by FedEx, UPS or a trusted Freight shipper. Method is of shipping is the decision of the shipper unless customer specifically asks and pays for their own shipment company. Locale pickup is possible and always FREE of charge.
