I have up for auction a vintage antique white lace petticoat/slip.

This slip came from my grandmother's house so I am not actually sure of the exact age but she was born in the 1910s and it would either have belonged to herself or even her mother.

It is just gorgeous.  As you would expect of a garment of this age there are some stall stains around the top edge (which may come out with some TLC) and a few tiny holes. 

The material and the lace are beautiful.  You would probably say it is a broderie anglaise pattern around the hem and the bottom tier of the skir has some beautiful embroidered flowers and other stitching work. 

You won't be disappointed in this beautiful slip.

A: It measures 35cm across the waist when lying flat and does not have a zip but a button at the top. Thanks.
