Apple TV 40GB

 Hello everyone and thank you for looking over my auction.

Today we have an Apple TV with an internal 40GB HDD, the condition is as good as new but it is used and does not come with the box. The device has been well used but i never really used the Apple TV software, instead i had it streaming content from a home server through XBMC (Menus are so much nicer and you wont been to transcode it into an Apple friendly format). The device is working 100%, it is Silent as it has no fans but keep in mind the metal on the outside will get warm as this is how it releases it's heat (So it is best not to hide it under many things or keep it in a draw). The device comes as is, i have not updated it to the latest firmware but this can be very easily achieved, the devices comes with the powercord and the remote control. If you are going to use it as i did than the internal HDD is a mute point, if not then it is up to you if you with to increase it or add an external HDD. If you would like a starting hand in getting ATV and XBMC working on this device that can be provided but due to legal reasons i have had to wipe it back to the origional Apple TV Firmware.

Plain and simple it works, looks great, can be modded in hundreds of ways also please note if your looking to do 1080p and some 720p than no Apple TV can do this (AVI, DVD ISO and Apple content is fine).
