Our preferred method of payment is via Internet Bank Deposit. The winning Bidder/Purchaser of the item can proceed through check out where you have all the Bank Details and the information you need to finalise the transactions. Check Out contains our Banking Details, PayPal, Address and final cost. Payment to be made within 7 days of purchase.

Bank Deposit Express: Please remember to put your eBay USER ID in the Reference comment so that we know what transaction the monies are for. It will help us to speed up shipment of your orders. (Please allow 1-2 business days minimum for your payment to transfer).
2. Bank Direct Deposit via Visiting Any National Australia Bank Branches:
Please instruct the Bank teller to use your eBay USER ID as payment reference.
Do Not use the item number or product name as the payment reference as this will only slow down the delivery process.

Did you know? By using paypal, you can pay either with a credit or debit card, bank account or by using your PayPal Credit.
Once you have won/purchased the item, simply complete the eBay payment process and select PayPal as your payment method.
We regret to advise at present we do not accept money orders bank/personal cheques or any other methods of Payment.

It is the buyers responsibility to request and pay for registered or express post if they require it. All care is taken in shipping items but we will not be held liable for any lost, damaged or delayed items due to third parties such as Australia Post. We would recommend buyers requesting registered post.
* Registered post option available at checkout is an additional cost which includes insurance cover up to $100.00
* All bidders/purchasers agree and must pay postage and handling fees on top of final value price.

Our Refund And Return Policy
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
For Faulty items:
If for any reason, there is a defect with our product because of the manufacturer, please organise the return of the product(s) to us within 14 days of purchase for assessment. Refunds will not be given for "change of mind" or wrong purchases. Buyer is responsible for organising postage. Any credits to you will be issued via the same manner as your original payment within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
If a product is found to be faulty after assessment due to manufacture the buyer has two options:
1. We will refund the purchase price (postage & handling costs are not refundable).
OR
2. We will gladly exchange the faulty item with a new one
If a product is found to be NOT faulty after assessment:
1. The buyer must pay for postage costs if they wish the item to be returned to them.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We check for new payments twice a day and all items are sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation being received.
Shipping and handling charges are non-negotiable. Please note item/s will be shipped to your registered eBay address.

Postage costs are inclusive of both postage and handling costs. Please note that this includes more than just the cost of stamp/s. It is inclusive of all costs involving packaging, warehousing, distribution, fuel, labels, administration etc.

* No shipping on weekend and public holidays.
* We dispatch goods within 24Hrs once payment confirmation is received. Please monitor your eBay email system for dispatch notifications. Please allow 3-7 working days for the item to arrive for Australian addresses.
Please note: Express shipping is 1 business day handling time + 1 day shipping, so 2 days normally for main route or 3 days for off main route.
