I downloaded the newest version 3.1.2 (7D11) software that allows bluetooth and much more. ($5.99 from apple store)

No problems at all, just upgrading to iphone.

Comes with a plastic screen protector

No scratches on the screen at all!! It has always had a screen protector on it.

If you would like my used headphones let me know otherwise I wont include it (hygiene reasons). It also includes adapter for computer connectivity.

The software I purchased also allows you access to more applications than the older software.

In case you don't know, if you have wireless internet at home, you can surf the net using the safari app, use facebook, youtube, google, check your email all using this ipod. If you are in a wireless hotspot (McDonalds, Cafes, Universities etc) the internet can also be used with the ipod.

The device also has a loudspeaker to play your music from.
