Aquarium Products Hex-Out! Treats Hole-in-the-Head

Aquarium Products is pleased to announce the addition of Hex-Out tablets to our existing line of aquatic medicines. Hex-Out effectively helps treat Hexamita (hole-in-the-head disease) common to cichlids, discus, angelfish, oscars and gouramis. One Hex-Out tablet treats 10 gallons of water. For best results, use with AP Biozyme or Aquarium Nuggets.

Payment Policies

• We accept Paypal or credit cards only. If you do not have a paypal account please contact us for credit card purchasing.
• Payment is expected within 4 BUSINESS days of the purchase.
• If payment is not received, a payment reminder will be sent. Negative feedback will be left for non-payment.

Shipping Policies

• We use USPS and UPS to ship items both domestically and internationally.
• Items ship within 7-10 BUSINESS days from the date payment is received. We are NOT open on weekends and holidays
• We process orders on Tuesday and ship on Wednesday. Orders received after 9am on Monday are processed and shipped the following week. If you have any questions about this please contact us PRIOR to purchasing.

DOMESTIC BUYERS

• An e-mail will be sent from either UPS or USPS with shipping information.
• All of our USPS packages have delivery confirmation and insurance.
• USPS Priority mail takes approximately 2-3 days from the day of shipment. We use electronic shipping labels, so tracking info may not be available immediately after shipping.
• UPS Ground takes approximately 2-7 days, depending where the item(s) is going. Packages are available for tracking immediately. UPS packages are always insured.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

• Items are shipped through USPS First Class or Priority, depending on the size and weight.
• All tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do NOT claim less then the purchased value on the customs forms. You may be asked to pay these fees prior to delivery; it is not an additional shipping fee.
• Most items are delivered 7-10 days after the shipment date. However, this can be delayed by customs.
• A customs number will be e-mailed through ebay. We use electronic shipping labels, tracking info is not available until the item has arrived in the buyers country and has been processed through customs.
• Please be aware that most of our items are meant for use in the US, please ask about compatablity prior to purchasing.

Return Policies

• Refunds are available for the purchase price ONLY. Shipping is non-refundable. All refunds most be approved by our claims department.
• Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving the item.
• Any item being returned, must be received prior to a refund being issued. Items are expected to be returned in the condition in which they were sent.
• Because items are shipped with insurance, any item damaged during shipment should be claimed through the shipping agent.
