I have loads of packaging experience so rest assured your parcel will arrive safely.  ‘Local pick up’ always welcome.

Due to family commitments I try not to work on weekends however, most of my listings run over ten days so you should have plenty of time to get your questions answered. Items not sold at auction will be relisted as ‘buy it now’ in my store.

Fine Print: Postage from Western Australia can take up to 7 days to get to the eastern states. It can also be a little more expensive. To avoid any nasty surprises please ask for a postage quote. All postage quoted using Australia Post’s online calculator.

I keep all postage receipts and will forward a copy to you in the event of any postage loss. I cannot however, be held responsible for Australia Post losses. Any disputes will need to be taken up directly with Australia Post. All parcels under $50 will be posted by regular post unless the buyer specifically asks for it to registered ($2.60 extra). Please contact me if you have any concerns.

Please follow these simple instructions:

1.       Purchase your item

2.       Wait for me to package your item and email you an invoice that will include postage costs (usually within 24 hours)

3.       Make your payment according to the amount on the invoice within 7 days

4.       Your parcel will posted upon receipt of your payment

5.       Once you receive your parcel leave your positive feedback and I will return the compliment

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me before leaving feedback. Leaving negative feedback will automatically nullify any refund negotiations. Abusive, threatening or aggressive communication will not be tolerated and will also nullify any refund negotiations. Only polite and respectful communication will be responded to.
