Warranty – All new items I sell are fully covered by the Manufacturers warranty. If you experience any problems with a new product please contact me by either phone or e-mail. Generally I will ask you to return the item to myself (at your expense) with proof of purchase (i.e. – your ebay invoice), and I will handle it from there.

OPTIONAL POSTAGE and DELIVERY OPTIONS
Unless otherwise noted in the listing, items are sent by a standard Australia Post service, which does not include ANY insurance or compensation for loss/damage. We are not responsible for these items once they have been posted.
However the following options are offered:
Receipted Delivery – ADD $2.00 TO INVOICE TOTAL Still no loss/damage compensation, but require a signature on delivery, means that the Postie cannot just leave the parcel in your letter box, or on your door step.
Registered – ADD $3.00 TO INVOICE TOTAL. Cover for loss/damage up to A$100.00. Signature required on delivery.
Full Insurance – ADD $7.00 TO INVOICE TOTAL. Completely covered for any loss or damage, signature on delivery and/or tracking number on package.
NOTE: Receipted Delivery or Registered cannot be used in conjunction with Express Post or Courier (tracking number and signature on delivery all ready provided with courier).
If an item is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do all we can to help locate it. If you received an item with has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible, and keep all relevant packaging.
