TASTING NOTES:
This reserve Chardonnay comes from the original Chardonnay plantings on the
Arrowfield Estate Vineyard in the Hunter Valley.
The old low cropping vines have produced intenseley flavoured Chardonnay.

Aromas of melon and ripe stone fruit combine with toasty, spicy oak.

The palate has exceptional fruit intensity supported by a long clean finish.

This wine is currently drinking beautifully having developed complex bottle aged characters
and could be enjoyed with brie stuffed chicken thighs wrapped with bacon or
a simple platter on a Summer's evening.
Note: This wine shows it's full fruit complexity when not chilled too heavily.
