Pics really tell the story with this lovely Art Deco piece

My mum had it tucked away for years and bought it as an English antique in the 1960's

(one of about only 4 items I have ever put up to sell from a relo:-)

It isn't my style.

Needs a proper clean there is build up on bead ends (which scrapes off easily by fingernailI) don't want to wash it as I am anxious about getting a cord this old wet. as I cant see it properly as beads are tight and it may be fibre-(Shouldn't be worn out without checking for restringing)

Beads are exquisite and beatifully made-highly polished and faceted

Ornate silver and brass catch works well

Anyway a lovely collectable unique piece of Costume jewellery with great detail

Undone length just over 17 inches apx 43cm
